Women's Lecture Series Topics:
- June 6/7 - Lost when you try to read the Bible? Like putting puzzle pieces together without the box lid? Come get a BIG view of the box lid! This will be a great lecture for young believers and for budding teachers.
- June 12/14 - VBS. No lecture (so volunteer with VBS!)
- June 20/21 - The Life Story of Muhammad and an overview of Islam.
- June 27/28 - Christianity in the U.S. - "So That's Why We Do That!" Learn some fascinating history about where all of those denominations came from. This one includes a really interesting history lesson about women in the Church.
Childcare Childcare Deadline: June 15, 2017
- July 5 (no July 4) - Guest Lecturer
Childcare Deadline: June 21, 2017
- July 11/12 - Philosophy Expressed in Art. I have put the most work into this one. You will sit in a darkened room and experience a trip through history as you view sweeping world views as revealed by the artists of the time. You'll feel like Neo from the Matrix movie.
Childcare Deadline: June 28, 2017
- July 18/19 - Styles of Evangelism - "No...You Actually Don't Have To Go Door To Door!" There's a much more fun way to talk about Jesus. It involves being a better listener and actually talking a lot less. Be prepared to feel a lot less pressure about "Evangelism".
Childcare Deadline: July 5, 2017
- July 25 / 26 - How to Tell a Story - learn and begin to practice telling your own story. No childcare available this week. We do have Preschool days available this week. Visit our Preschool page to learn more.
- Aug 1 / 2 - Hear a few of the stories prepared by class members. Volunteers basis only. No one will be required to share. But everyone will benefit from hearing the stories of a few willing classmates.
Childcare Deadline: July 19, 2017

Right At Home Moms is a family ministry of University Baptist Church designed to support mothers of infants, toddlers and preschoolers who are modifying their work schedule or leaving the workplace to stay home and raise their children. Our goal is to help new moms find practical Bible study, genuine encouragement, time to refresh their spirit, and a network of Godly friends in a similar phase of life. We believe that motherhood is the hardest but most fulfilling work you’ll ever find!
