I began at UBC on January 1, 1993, moving here from 14 years of ministry in the local church in Nashville, TN. Though it may be hard to believe, I love talking with people about what God is doing in their lives, even in the middle of a crisis. I also love talking with people who have no background or experience in the church. Kay and I have two grown sons, and we love visiting them in Little Rock and Dallas. We also have the four cutest grandkids in the world—Ellie, Levi, Annabelle, and Avery. If you ask, or maybe if you don't, we’ll show you pics. Ask me on the golf course. We spend most of our vacations and sneak-away holidays in Dallas or Little Rock, or wherever we can catch up with the kids.
