My wife Jana and I are both incredibly grateful to get to live and work alongside the staff and members of UBC. Our ministry history started in Oklahoma, followed by stints in the Texas Rio Grande Valley, southern Mississippi, and, since 2010, the Bay Area of Houston. Along the way I've collected a couple of degrees, the last of which is a Ph.D. in Old Testament and Biblical Hebrew from New Orleans Baptist Seminary. We've also collected a couple of sons who make our lives richer than we could ever imagine. In addition to ministry pursuits, I spend my free time listening to music, reading all sorts of random things, coaching in my kids' sundry sporting endeavors, and eating out with my wife.
