Growing up in UBC, I fell in love with serving God and others at an early age. God used mission trips, outreach opportunities, and community within our youth group to shape who I was becoming. In college, I prayed for God to deepen my faith and to send me out, not knowing what that would that would mean for my life. But through the whispers of the Holy Spirit, God made it evident this past summer that He was answering that prayer, and He knew where He wanted me. Port Shepstone, South Africa. So I said yes.
